ServiceDocs was founded in 2019 by Dr. Kayode Odutayo after years of working inside New York health systems, in permanent and locum roles, and seeing the same coverage problems from both sides.
Kayode Odutayo, MD, MPH
Dr. Odutayo is a board-certified internal medicine physician who practiced as a hospitalist in New York before starting ServiceDocs. He has covered the nights, the surge weeks, and the locum shifts at hospitals where nobody knew his name yet.
That experience shaped how ServiceDocs works. Physicians are matched by someone who understands the job. Hospitals get one person who answers for the whole partnership. And the goal is always the same physicians coming back, because continuity is what makes coverage safe.

How we work.
Continuity over volume
We would rather send the same three physicians to your service for a year than twelve different ones. It is harder to run that way. It is also the only way a locum becomes part of the team.

We do not stretch a national process across fifty states. Every physician, every credentialing file, and every partnership is in New York, and we know its rules closely.
One person answers for it
Your account lead owns recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, and reporting for your partnership. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who to call.
Say what fits
If a few locum shifts will solve the problem, we will say that instead of selling you a program. The relationship lasts longer when the advice is honest.
